BISMARCK, N.D. – Governor Armstrong has proclaimed April 28 – May 2 Severe Summer Weather Awareness Week in North Dakota.
To insert some fun as we promote important safety information, the North Dakota Department of Emergency Services and the National Weather Service regional offices are hosting the second-annual coloring contest. Prizes include things to keep on hand during severe weather events.
Coloring sheets and instructions can be found at NDResponse.gov. Resources including online games and a complete learning kit are also available at NDResponse.gov for educators and libraries.
