L0105 Public Information Basics
NDDES and Williams County Emergency Management will be hosting L0105 Public Information Basics November 16-18, 2021 at the Williams County EOC, 3429 4th Ave. West, Williston, ND. Class begins at 8:00 am and ends at 5:00 pm each day.
This course will equip participants with the skills needed to be full or part-time PIOs, including oral and written communications; understanding and working with the media; and basic tools and techniques to perform effectively as a PIO, both in the proactive/ advocacy times and crisis/emergency response.

ICS-400
This ICS-400 class will be held Oct. 21-22, 2021. The class will be held at the Burleigh/Bismarck EOC, 4200 Coleman St., Bismarck, ND. The class will begin at 8 am on Monday, Oct. 21 & 22. Class will end at 5 pm each day.
This course provides training for personnel who require advanced application of the Incident Command System (ICS). This course expands upon information covered in ICS 100 through ICS 300 courses, which are prerequisites for the ICS 400 course.

This ICS-300 class will be held Oct. 18-20, 2021. The class will be held at the Burleigh/Bismarck EOC, 4200 Coleman St., Bismarck, ND. The class will begin at 1 pm on Monday, Oct. 18 and at 8 am on Oct. 19 and 20. Class will end at 5 pm each day.
