We are seeking a candidate with a passion for construction and engineering, who enjoys working outdoors and has a strong understanding of technology to fill our role as an engineering technician/construction technician!As our new team member, you will be responsible for conducting field inspections for all types of construction projects, ensuring compliance with plans, specifications, and contract documents. You'll get to work with cutting-edge equipment like Robotic Total Station GPS, drones, and use computer aided drafting software such as MicroStation to measure and calculate quantities and create reports and plan sheets for use on construction projects. You'll also get to perform tests on road and bridge building materials for all types of projects to ensure that they meet NDDOT specifications.But that's not all! You'll have the opportunity to assist project engineers with checking and organizing project final records, as well as with district design work that requires the use of MicroStation. We are looking for someone with testing experience. Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for an Engineering Technician IV, you must have at least six years of work experience related to the engineering technician duties listed. As an Equipment Operator, you will perform highway, roadway, and structure maintenance. This includes operating heavy equipment to perform required maintenance duties like basic snow and ice control/removal. The primary role of the Nurse Case Manager is to coordinate care and services for injured workers who are covered by North Dakota Workforce Safety & Insurance.Duties include:Manage a caseload average of 20 to 30 cases depending on severity.
