ICS 400 will be offered March 17-18, 2020 at the Williams County/Williston EOC, 3300 37th St. W., Williston, ND.  Class will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 5:00 p.m. each day.  This class will be lead by Mike Smith, Williams County Emergency Management Director.  

ICS 400 provides training and resources for personnel who require advanced application of the ICS. This course expands upon information covered in ICS-100 through ICS-300 courses. It is intended for senior personnel who are expected to perform in a management capacity in an area command or multi-agency coordination entity. 

Prerequisites: ICS-100.c, ICS-200.c, IS-700, IS-800 and ICS 300. Students must present copies of completion certificates or FEMA transcript to class instructor on the first day of class. 

Students must bring a laptop or other device to access digital files as student materials will be provided only in digital format.

This training is POST Board approved.
