This course is designed for both new and experienced city, county, or tribal emergency managers and new employees at NDDES and is required for Emergency Managers receiving Emergency Management Performance Grant funding, and also for ND Emergency Management Association Level 1 Certification. Emergency managers will benefit by meeting NDDES program management staff, getting first-hand information on program requirements and state emergency operations, and meeting other county emergency managers. It is highly recommended that new emergency managers complete this important training. Experienced emergency managers will get a refresher and be updated on program requirements. We strongly recommend that you complete Fundamentals of Emergency Management Course IS-230.b on line prior to this training event.
This 24 hour course will be conducted on October 5-9, 2020, via 10 TEAMS meeting sessions. Meeting links will be sent to registered participants prior to the class start date.
