This training, for NDDES staff, will focus discussion and activities on leadership and communications.  Topics include leadership competence and styles, supervisor/supervisee relationships, crucial conversations, creating strong teams, conflict management, decision making, and more.  

Class will run from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day at the Quality Inn, 1030 E Interstate Ave. Bismarck.
