CERT Train the Trainer and CERT Program Manager

For the 2019 calendar year, the CERT Train the Trainer and CERT Program Manager courses will be offered through FEMA's Emergency Management Institute (EMI), located at Emmitsburg, Maryland. 

All courses offered at EMI are done at minimal cost to the student. FEMA will reimburse the cost of airfare, and lodging is provided on campus. The only cost to the student is for meals, which are served at the EMI dining facility.
